Abstract

This study aims to determine the UI/UX (User Interface and User Experience) prototype design for mobile-based Hi service applications and analyze the test results of the UI/UX (User Interface and User Experience) prototype design for Hi service applications. The research method used is the Design Thinking approach by testing UI/UX (User Interface and User Experience) prototypes using usability testing with an assessment of the System Usability Scale (SUS). The results showed that testing the Hi service application prototype got a score of 82 and was included in the excellent rate category, meaning that the Design Thinking approach affects user needs and prototype testing using usability testing with the System Usability Scale assessment greatly impacts the user experience when running UI prototypes/ UX (User Interface and User Experience) Hi service application.
