Abstract

In the operational activities of a company or agency, difficulties are often found in managing data and the activities of employees, one of which is what is happening at the Bintaljarahdam V/Brawijaya Unit. The absence of a system capable of managing personnel data makes it difficult for agencies to achieve their goals, namely increasing work efficiency. Therefore, the Bintaljarahdam V/Brawijaya Unit wants to apply website-based information technology in overcoming existing problems. The purpose of this research is to design and build a website-based staffing information system for managing employee data at the Bintaljarahdam V/Brawijaya Unit. The staffing information system that was built has several features that suit the needs of Bintaljarahdam V/Brawijaya. There are two main dashboards, namely the dashboard on the administrator side and the dashboard on the user side. On the administrator dashboard it is carried out to manage and manage the master data system of personnel and employee data reports. While the dashboard on the user side of the menu that is displayed is more limited, namely the menu for making attendance and viewing attendance history reports that have been carried out. The system that has been built can be used properly based on the website.
