Abstract

The development of information technology in this digital era runs very quickly, with the existence of information systems making various activity processes can be facilitated and accessible anywhere so that information systems play an important role as a solution for smooth activities in various fields Like educational institutions that are moved to implement it. Information system measurement is very necessary to determine the extent to which a system can be used by users in the context of effectiveness, efficiency and satisfaction. This study aims to determine the level of user satisfaction of the Gapura UB Mobile application. The population of this study is the academic community of the Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences, Universitas Brawijaya (UB) consisting of lecturers, education staff and students who have access rights to this application The number of samples used in this study was 100 respondents, which were taken using questionnaires distributed to all communities. This research is a quantitative research using the System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire method which is used to measure the level of satisfaction of information system users according to the subjective point of view of its users. The results found that the user satisfaction score of the Gapura Mobile application obtained a value of 71,33which means that this application is in grade C, can be accepted and rated good by users.
