Abstract

Technological developments have an important role in human life and areclosely related to daily activities. Currently, almost all groups, children,adolescents and adults need technology to make human life easier, for examplebuying and selling activities. Gesta Batik is a small-scale shop that doesn't have anoffline shop, so it markets its products through social media, namely WhatsApp andInstagram. This process can be carried out using UI/UX to consider from a visualand user experience point of view, one of which is using the Design Thinkingmethod, namely the mindset of designers who utilize an objective approach, namelyto respondents in the problem solving process. From the results of interviews withshop owners and wireframes at the previous stage, the next stage is the design stageof the User Interface prototype design at the prototyping stage using the Figmaapplication.
