Abstract

Cafe Mamimichiel is located in the banana village of Malang Temple, East Java. Researchers took Cafe Mamimichiel as a research location because they had made observations and then found existing problems. Currently, Cafe Mamimichiel has not taken advantage of technological advances in the field of ordering services, which means that it still applies a manual system for the food and beverage ordering process. Design Thinking is an approach in design that focuses on user needs (usercentered) by integrating creative, technological, and business aspects. This approach utilizes creative thinking and iterative processes to create innovative and relevant solutions. Design thinking involves a deep understanding of the user and his context, an understanding of the problem at hand, and experimentation and
iteration to find the best solution. The final score of the System Usability Scale score calculation from 30 respondents is 84.91, the value shows Acceptable which
means that the design design made has been accepted by the user. The design of the Cafe Mamimichiel Mobile Application User Interface has been made using the
Design Thinking method. Testting results have been obtained using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method with an average of 84.91 which shows Acceptable results or in accordance with user needs
