Abstract

User satisfaction is still a major concern in the world of e-commerce and is critical to the success of an industry. maxim is an online transportation service that offers online food pickup, delivery and purchase. Among other applications, the maxim application is the most affordable. However, Maxim application users still experience many complaints that impact user satisfaction. the method used in
this study to assess the value of the most comprehensive application review. The results of the two methods will also be compared in this study. based on the findings of a comparative study of the System Usability Scale and Pieces
Framework techniques to evaluate value and maximize application user satisfaction. In the Poor category and with Grade F, the System Usability Scale received an assessment score of (52,1). While the Pieces Framework approach
(4,26) is categorized as Satisfied and Grade B. This shows that the System Usability Scale technique gets a lower score than the Pieces Framework method
