Abstract

The village is a legal community unit that has territorial boundaries that are authorized to regulate and manage the interests of the local community led by the village head, just like the state government. Purwodadi Village is one of the villages in Tirtyudho sub-district, Malang district, East Java province. Technological developments that are increasingly rapidly increasing are very influential on every level of society, especially rural communities who tend to be a little more difficult to adapt to technological developments. The implementation of information technology in the village administration system is a way for the government to
improve the quality of services to the community through the delivery of accurate information, as well as make changes to better interactions between the government
and the community through information systems. The use of the Village Information System aims to be able to provide services to the needs of the community to be more transparent and responsive, and can provide benefits in terms of time, effort and cost. The design and development of the Purwodadi Village Information System was carried out using the Prototype method. Then the data collection process is carried out using qualitative methods. At the end of the research, the author succeeded in building the Purwodadi Village Information and E-Aspirations System according to the needs of the community and is ready to be
used
