Abstract

The rapid development of information systems makes it possible to carry out data processing that saves space, time and costs but still produces accurate and useful information. With the development of technology, people think to be able to work more effectively and efficiently, therefore this can support the success of a school or organization in achieving goals. One of the data processing that needs to use a computerized system is the design of a web-based school information system at the Kobror State Elementary School, Aru Islands Regency, Maluku Province. This school has not used a lot of computer-based information systems. This school still uses a manual system, data entry such as inputting student data, and inputting teacher data. The design of the school information system at Kobror State Elementary School uses the PHP programming language with the MYSQL database. The design of this website was made with various references obtained, then tested with localhost and run with the Mozilla Firefox browser. With this application design, it is hoped that it will make it easier to access school data and present this informastion quickly and more effectively and efficiently.
