Abstract

Cakra Midya Dalla Perkasa, NIM 19041000045, Supervisor 1 Hery Susanto and Supervisor 2 Nanang Mudjito, have prepared and completed the final thesis assignment entitled "COLABORATION AND VALIDATION OF STEEL BRIDGE WORK SCHEDULES USING BIM (Building Information Modeling) ON
THE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT TOLL ACCESS PROJECT DHOHO KEDIRI.”

One of the benefits of using Building Information Modeling (BIM) in the construction industry is that it can detect clash sequences, which can save costs and time and avoid schedule elasticity. A Sequence of Action, also known as a clash sequence, is a sequence of steps to complete that usually involves consultants, contractors and the relevant project team. One of the obstacles in the Dhoho Kediri
international airport toll access construction project is the different ground height between the airport area and the toll access. As a result, additional work is required
that may change the current schedule and design.

The aim of this research is to analyze the findings of model conflicts in the steel bridge construction planning software used, namely the Synchro and Microsoft projects. This research is expected to be useful for building planners because it can anticipate or minimize planning errors to make the implementation and work process more efficient in the field.

Based on the results of collaborative research and validation of work schedules using the BIM method on Synchro 4D Pro software, it can be concluded that Synchro 4D Pro software helps simulate project implementation and detect clashes between work items. The results of the clash findings in the Synchro 4D Pro software also greatly influenced the output of this research, namely a new schedule for clashed items that had been approved by the relevant practitioners. By obtaining the time duration that occurred during the clash, which was 658 days and after the fixed clash, the time duration that occurred was 667 days, so the difference in
duration was 9 days with a longer duration after the fixed clash was carried out because there was a change in the clash schedule.
