Abstract

Economic activity and the interests of transportation facilities and infrastructure are two things that cannot be separated. Public transportation options in a regionor area play a significant role in determining the growth and development of thatarea. The trade, service, industrial, education, and tourist sectors are just a few ofthe many elements that might entice people to visit and settle in Surabaya for avariety of reasons. The purpose of the study was to evaluate how well the "Suroboyo Bus" service performed in terms of public transportation on the Bungurasih–Rajawali route as well as how customers felt about it. The Surabaya City Transportation Service and observations were used to collect the data because theresearch's implementation encompassed a variety of aspects. Public Service Standard Indicators and Minimum Service are the technique (SPM).
The results of this study's data analysis show that public transportation "Suroboyo Bus" Service Indicator has met Good criteria, with an average load factor value of 75.81%, an average travel speed of 21.68 kilometers per hour between Purabaya and Rajawali, an average trip speed of 18.40 kilometers per hour between Rajawali and Purabaya, and an average headway time of 11.14 minutes.
The air conditioning facility, which is perceived as being less cold during the day,is a worry for public transportation, so officers need to boost it since it has asignificant impact on passenger comfort.
