Abstract

The Sendangbumen Bridge Reconstruction Project is included in the critical delaycriteria based on The Minister of Public Works Regulation No.43/PRT/M/2007. In theplanning the project will be completed in a hundred days of its work, but in theimplementation of the project exceeds such targets. In this study, the authors will findthe main factors causing the delay in the project, as well as the value of the percentageof how much influence the factor has on the delay in the project. This study uses anon-parametric statistical analysis method, in which there are two correlation theoriesin it, namely kendall correlation and spearman rank correlation. These two correlationswill result in the value of the correlation coefficient and the significance between thevariables causing project delay and project delay. The result of this study is that thereare three main factors causing delays in the sendangbumen bridge reconstructionproject, namely: strikes of handyman and worker workers due to payment problemsetc., there are frequent changes of artisans and workers, in the middle of project work,implementation in the field is not in accordance with the SOP (Standard OperationWork) which refers to existing regulations. There is a percentage value of kendall'stau_b of the three main factors causing delays, namely the factor Of strikes ofhandymen and workers due to payment problems etc. has a percentage of 18.06%,factors Often occur changes of handymen and workers, in the middle of project workhas a percentage of 30.91% and factors Implementation in the field does not matchSOP (Standard Operation Work) has a percentage of 20.53%.
