Abstract

The construction services sector has a role in accelerating infrastructuredevelopment in Indonesia. However, the construction services sector has beenbadly affected since the COVID-19 outbreak. The factors of occupational safetyand health of the actors in the construction service sector are a top priority. So thatbecomes an obstacle to the performance of construction service actors, it isnecessary to analyze the effect of the OSH program in the construction project ofthe BRI Malang Regional Office Building, Jl. Laksamana Martandinata No. 80,Kota Lama, Klojen District, Malang City. The analysis carried out on this thesis isan analysis with quantitative methods by taking a sample of probability sampling(Simple Random Sampling) with the help of the SPSS statistics program.
The analysis carried out contains independent variables and dependentvariables. With the independent variables in the form of X1 as occupational safetyand X2 as occupational health. For the dependent variable in the form of Y as theperformance of employees and workers. Methods in data collection are observation,interviews, literature, and questionnaires. In processing descriptive analysis data,multivariate analysis, classical assumption deviation test, multiple linear regressionanalysis, and Goodness of Fit.
The conclusion of the analysis shows that occupational safety and healthhave a significant effect partially and simultaneously on the performance ofemployees and project workers. The correlation of variables in a constructionproject of the BRI Regional Office Building in Malang City does influence theoccupational safety and occupational health variables by 74.1%, and the remaining25.9% is influenced by other factors or variables not examined.
