Abstract

Field conditions in the Batu urban area show that the level of public transportation usage is very low due to the low quality of service provided by transportation service providers. One solution to the transportation problem is to use the Transit Bus public transportation mode that meets the standard of public transportation services. In this study will be planned public transportation that serves the connection between Batu Terminal - Landungsari. This Transit Bus planning includes questionnaire data analysis, calculation of passenger needs, number of bus fleets, calculation of vehicle operating costs and tariffs,
and vehicle users. Based on questionnaire data processing from 44 respondents, the percentage of city transportation users who are willing to use the Trantis Bus with a departure schedule every 5 minutes is 77% (34 respondents), a departure schedule every 10 minutes is 61% (27 respondents), and a Transit Bus departure schedule every 15 minutes is 41% (18 respondents). which connects Batu Terminal - Landungsari obtained a tariff for for one trip, and requires connecting Batu Terminal - Landungsari obtained a tariff of, for one trip,.
