Abstract
This study investigates information quality, performance expectations, service quality, system quality, and user satisfaction in the context of school cooperative applications at SMKN 11 Malang. With a sample consisting of 73 school cooperative members, this research details the characteristics of these qualities and examines their impact on user satisfaction through a quantitative approach that includes surveys and statistical analysis. The study results illustrate that information quality, performance expectations, service quality, system quality positively influence the level of user satisfaction in using the school cooperative application. The implication is that this study has the potential to improve the effective management of school cooperatives, improve the welfare of teachers and staff, and increase school income at SMKN 11 Malang. These findings can also serve as a guide for other educational institutions that wish to improve the management of their school cooperatives through optimizing information technology
