Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of planning, implementation, transparency and accountability aspects of village funds on village government performance. This research was conducted in 27 villages in Madiun Regency, the method used in sampling was quota sampling, the sample in this study was 80 respondents, consisting of the Village Head, Village Secretary, and Head of Village Financial Affairs. Data collection in this study consisted of documentation and questionnaires. The data from the results of distributing the questionnaires were then analyzed with multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis prove that the planning, implementation and accountability aspects of village funds have a positive effect on the performance of the village government, while the transparency aspect is negative and has no effect on the performance of the village government in Madiun district.
