Abstract

His study aims to analyze the influence of social media, web and intsgram on the decision to stay and analyze between the social media web and Instagram which have the most dominant influence on the decision to stay at the Hotel Santika Premiere Malang. There were 96 people in this study. The sampling technique used simple random sampling.
The results of the analysis show that the social media web and Instagram influence the decision to stay overnight, which means that to increase the decision to stay overnight, it is necessary to inform the web social media on the available facilities and use Instagram social media as a means of online marketing. The web social media most influences the decision to stay, this shows that the main thing that can improve the decision to stay is the web social media, especially on the usability indicator, reflected in the Hotel Santika Premiere Malang website showing the gym facilities needed when staying at the hotel.
