Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic is a crucial problem that is currently being faced and has hit all countries in the world, including Indonesia, precisely in DKI Jakarta, which is also the nation's capital. The number of hoax news circulating, the difficulty of people registering themselves to get the Covid-19 vaccination, and the difficulty of accessing information related to the availability of beds in hospitals make people need accurate and fast information in handling Covid-19 in Jakarta. The presence of the JAKI Application (Jakarta Kini) is a breakthrough innovation by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government which is currently managed by the Jakarta Smart City Management Unit. The Jakarta Respond Covid-19 Service feature or commonly known as Jakcorona was released on September 15, 2021, which is expected to meet information needs as well as an effort to handle Covid 19 in DKI Jakarta. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of digital-based Jakarta Covid-19 response health services with the JAKI (Jakarta Kini) application in DKI Jakarta along with what are the supporting factors and inhibiting factors in the implementation of the Jakcorona feature. The type of research chosen is library research or commonly called library research. The research location is in DKI Jakarta through the website https://jaki.jakarta.go.id/ and the JAKI application. Data collection techniques used are internet searching and documentation. In this study, it was found that the Jakarta Covid-19 response service feature makes it easier to fulfill the information and public health services for Jakarta during the pandemic by presenting various accurate data that is always updated and prioritizing the principles of effectiveness and efficiency. However, the presentation of the map in the Jakcorona feature is not accompanied by an explanation which makes the public do not understand the meaning of the map. The provision of information regarding the number of blood plasma donors, the number of recipients of the second dose of Covid-19 vaccination, and zoning maps are not presented in the Jakcorona feature which requires that information transparency needs to be increased. Mastery of technology and support from the Jakarta community and good management by the Jakarta Smart City Management unit are factors that support the implementation of the Jakarta Response Covid-19 service feature. Signal connections that must be stable and the occurrence of application system errors are inhibiting factors in the implementation of the Jakarta Response Covid-19 service feature.
