Abstract
The Family Hope Program (PKH) is a program of providing conditional social assistance to poor families (KM) who have been designated as beneficiary families of PKH. As an effort to prevent poverty, since 2007 the Government of Indonesia has implemented PKH as stipulated in the Minister of Social Affairs Regulation No. 1 of 2018 concerning the Family Hope Program. The Social Protection Program which is also known internationally as Conditional Cash Transfers (CCT) has proven to be quite successful in tackling the poverty faced in these countries, especially the problem of chronic poverty. The purpose of this research was to see and describe scientifically the extent of the Implementation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Madyopuro Village in alleviating poverty. In addition, this research was also conducted to identify and describe the factors that influence the implementation of PKH in Madyopuro Village. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the research related to the Implementation of the Family Hope Program in Madyopuro Village in poverty alleviation, especially in the theory of PKH implementation, have been carried out quite well. Implementation theory starts from communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure in accordance with the procedures contained in the 2021 PKH general guidelines. In its implementation, several findings and obstacles were found in the implementation of PKH in Madyopuro Village, especially regarding community participation in carrying out obligations and participating in activities and activities. It was found that some people were desperate to pawn the PKH card. In addition, it was also found that several PKH components were registered as PKH KPMs but these KPMs had dropped out of school and were still receiving assistance and did not report these conditions to the facilitators. The implementation of PKH in Madyopuro Village can run optimally if it is supported by several things, namely support from the Social Service, and cooperation between facilitators. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors in the management of PKH in Madyopuro Village are the low level of KPM participation in carrying out PKH obligations and activities and the mismatch of KPM data in the facilitator and in the SIKS-NG application.
