Abstract

Poverty is a phenomenon that occurs in almost all developing countries. Which is caused by the imbalance of society to carry out their lives to a level that is considered human. The big problem faced by developing countries is poverty so that the inequality of income distribution triggers income inequality which is the beginning of the emergence of the problem of poverty. Therefore, the government makes full efforts to overcome poverty, especially poverty in the village by one way, namely allocating village funds which include various development programs and community empowerment programs.
The purpose of this study was to analyze and describe the implementation of village fund management in Capang Village, Purwodadi District, Pasuruan Regency. In this case, this research has a fundamental objective, namely to provide a full understanding of the theories of implementing public policy through program interventions and community participation.
This research method uses descriptive qualitative research methods using techniques in data collection including interviews, observations, and documentation of the techniques used in data analysis, namely using data condensation techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research location chosen according to the thesis title is: "Management of Village Funds as an Improvement of Community Development" (Case Study of Implementation of Village Fund Policy in Capang Village, Purwodadi District, Pasuruan Regency through Regent Regulation No. 4 of 2021 concerning Procedures for Distribution and Determination of Village Fund Details ).
According to the results of research conducted in Capang Village, it shows that Village Fund Management in Capang Village, Purwodadi District, has been going very well but there are still few obstacles or problems that occur in the implementation of the village fund activity program.
