Abstract

Bumdes is a forum for strengthening the village economy which of course has benefited the people, as a result there is also a need for participation and the people in the application of events or businesses created by the people. The monitoring agency is selected based on a number of people based on the village BPD community and the people themselves are also included in the monitoring process. To achieve the goals of the BUMDes event, it is hoped that enlightenment and active participation of all people are expected to maintain the success of the BUMDes event. In addition, village apparatus policies and BUMDes managers are also expected to lead and guide the people to jointly carry out BUMDes activities.
People's participation is the primary source of funding for efforts to achieve the goals of the BUMDes Setia event. The success of the BUMDes Setia program application does not only depend on the capacity of the village government apparatus & BUMDes managers, but also in efforts to realize the capacity of the people to participate in the event application. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the implementation of community participation policies in the development of BUMDES in Batu City and the factors that support and hinder the implementation of BUMDES policies in Batu City.
