Abstract

Kelurahan is the working area of the Lurah as a Regency/City regional apparatus under the Subdistrict and is responsible to the Camat. Law Number 23 of 2014 concerning Regional Government in article 229 describes the kelurahan, namely the Lurah is appointed as the head of the kelurahan and the sub-district apparatus who is responsible to the Camat. The Lurah is appointed by the Regent/Mayor. As a sub-district apparatus, in carrying out their duties both in the field of government and community services, the Lurah is a government apparatus that is closely or directly related to the community.
This study aims to describe how the Implementation of Compang Carep Village Administration Services and what are the supporting and inhibiting factors in the Implementation of Compang Carep Village Administration Services. The purpose of this research is to contribute ideas and theories about the administration of administrative services.
This research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation. The technique used in data analysis is using data collection techniques, data condensation, data presentation, and conclusions. The research location chosen is according to the title of the thesis, namely "IMPLEMENTATION OF ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES (Study at the Compang Carep Village Office, Langke Rembong District, Manggarai Regency)."
The results of this study indicate that the Implementation of Compang Carep Village Administration does not experience major problems, but there are still a few problems that have not been overcome by Compang Carep Village such as delays or absenteeism of employees and the Village Head, Electrical Lighting Sources (PLN) which often go out, and Kelurahan Compang Carep does not have his own building assets, he still rents houses from residents and does not have his own parking space. These problems need to be corrected immediately so as not to interfere with the implementation of administrative services in the Compang Carep Village.
