Abstract

Social services are very important for the community in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Indonesia number 11 of 2009 concerning Social Welfare that "Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia mandate that the state has the responsibility to protect the entire Indonesian nation and promote general welfare in the context of realizing social justice for all the people of Indonesia". To find out the implementation of social services in the perspective of good governance in Tulungrejo Village, Batu City is the purpose of this study. The technique in this study uses qualitative methods. Results in this studyImplementation of Social Services in Good Governance Perspective in Tulungrejo Village, Bumiaji District, Batu City has been running quite effectively through several elements of good governance principles seen from several aspects, seen from community participation, very enthusiastic, the community plays an active role in implementing social services in law enforcement that in Tulung village rejo is carried out in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Indonesia number 11 of 2009 concerning Social Welfare and the Mayor of Batu Regulation Number 85 of 2016 concerning Position, Organizational Structure, Description of Duties and Functions,As well as the Work Procedure of the Batu City Social Service "transparent with the community if there is social assistance, namely the government is transparent in the form of infographics at the Desakunsensus Center here in the formation of the agreement involved, namely the Tulungrejo village government and the Tulungrejo village community.
