Abstract
This research intent to analyse shop image determinant between Indomaret Raya Bandulan Malang and Alfamart Raya Bandulan Malang. One that as research focus are shop attribute that consisting of diversity, man, atmosphere, service, quality, price, since that factors constitute image prescriptive factors shops from Indomaret and Alfamart. The result of research to point out that exist distinctive shop image between Indomaret and Alfamart, particularly on diversity indicator and item processes Indomaret’s goods delivery in Alfamart, goods which are sold at Indomaret more medley if compare with Alfamart, and so do goods process delivery Indomaret also better.
