Abstract
The research aims to know condition stock return of lndonesian holcim company before and after acquisition. Base on the result of research points out the stock return acquired investor upon before and after acquisition points out the result is not significant, it means there is no difference between before and after acquisition on stock return of Indonesian holcim company. It is caused fluctuation happening transitional term on management body and political economy instability.
