Abstract

Target of this research is conducted to analyze influence of ability, motivation and also environment work to labour capacity officer of Puskesmas Sub-Province of Pasuruan, at the same time to analyze which variable is which give dominant influence to officer labour capacity. Object in this research is all officer at Puskesmas Sub-Province of Pasuruan, where amount of officer becoming population counted 802 officers and which is taken as determined sample with method of stratified random sampling counted 88 responden Data collecting executed by allotting questioner to responden interview and see required documents Used data analysis with linear regression which yield; ability varlable (X1), motivation (X2) and job environment (X3) simultaneously give influence which is significant to officer labour capacity. This matter is supported by result of relied on analysis is value of Fvalue equal to 59,012 and Ftable =2,76 so that Fvalue bigger than Ftable, with probability coefficient value equal to 0,000 smaller than 5% (0,05), hence tested first hypothesis. Influence of free variable to variable tied by partial shown with result of ability tvalue (X1) = 5,355, and motivation tvalue (X2) environmental tvalueof job (X3) = 4,769, is compared to bigger of ttable = 1,999. While, variable significance of value of a (5%), its meaning by partial ability variable, job environment and motivation have influence which is significant to officer labour capacity. As for motivation (X2) give dominant influence to officer labour capacity posed at with standardized coefficient β2 equal to 0.437 compared to bigger of standardized coefficient β1 = 0.345 ability variable and bigger than standardized coefficient β3 = 0.121 environmental variable of job (β2>β1>β3), thereby tested second hypothesis.
