Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of corporate social responsibility
and good corporate governance on corporate value, analyze the effect of financial
performance on corporate value, and analyze the influence of corporate social
responsibility and good corporate governance of corporate value through
financial performance in LQ 45 companies listed on the IDX. The population in
this study were 45 LQ companies listed on the IDX of 45 companies. The total
sample of 24 companies in the period 2014 - 2018. The analysis technique using
path analysis.
The results showed that corporate social responsibility and good corporate
governance affect financial performance. Corporate social responsibility and
good corporate governance affect the value of the company. Financial
performance affects the value of the company. Corporate social responsibility and
good corporate governance affect the value of the company through the financial
performance of LQ 45 companies listed on the Stock Exchange. This shows that
CSR is carried out continuously and companies applying the principles of good
corporate governance can improve financial performance as reflected by an
increase in the volume of stock trading. Investors believe that companies with
high financial performance have a great opportunity to get profits, which has an
impact on investors becoming more interested in buying company shares so that
increasing trading volume activity can increase the value of the company.
