Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of coworker social support on burnout levels among kindergarten teachers in Malang City. The quantitative research method was employed, involving a total of 310 kindergarten teachers as respondents. The sampling technique used was probability sampling with the cluster random sampling method. The measurement tools utilized were a coworker social support scale with a reliability of 0,952 and a burnout scale with a reliability of 0,642. Data analysis was performed using simple linear regression. The analysis results showed a regression coefficient value of p = 0,000 < 0,05 with an R value of 0,405. The findings indicate a significant influence of coworker social support on burnout among kindergarten teachers in Malang City. This highlights the importance of a supportive peer environment in reducing the risk of burnout among kindergarten teachers. The implications of this study emphasize the necessity of developing programs or policies that support positive interaction and mutual assistance among teachers, aiming to create a healthier and more productive work atmosphere. Ultimately, this can enhance teacher well-being and improve the quality of early childhood education.
