Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between self-compassion and resilience in early adults who are in toxic relationships. This study uses snowball sampling technique. The measuring instruments used in this study are self-compassion scale (α = 0.925) and resilience scale (α = 0.824). The data analysis technique uses Simple Linear Regression. Data significance results (p = 0.00) < 0.05. Based on these results, it can be concluded that there is a positive relationship between self-compassion and resilience in early adults who are in toxic relationships. This study provides information that the higher the individual's self-compassion, the higher the resilience to get out of the problems being faced, especially for early adults who are in toxic relationships.
