Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between women's perceptions of domestic violence (DV) and the tendency of marital anxiety in Malang City. This study used a quantitative correlational method, involving 398 unmarried women aged 20-30 years who were randomly selected using an accidental sampling technique based on the Slovin formula. Data were obtained using a validated scale of perceptions of domestic violence and marital anxiety, then analyzed using SPSS version 25 with Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality tests, linearity tests, and regression tests. The results showed a significant positive relationship between negative perceptions of domestic violence and marital anxiety with an F value of 504.816, a sig. 0.000 and a determination value of 0.56. Although the level of anxiety of the respondents was low. This study deepens the understanding of perceptions in cases of domestic violence and marital anxiety in early adult women in Malang City.
