Abstract

The premployment card program is a new innovation organized by the Government. This study analyzes the psychological factors that influence participants' decisions to participate in the premployment card program in the city of Malang. Several phenomena regarding participants' behavior in the premployment card program include participants who use "joki" services to complete the training, training schedules that clash with working hours, and the necessity of purchasing the training. The purpose of conducting this study is to understand the psychological factors that influence participants' decisions to participate in the premployment card program in the city of Malang. This research employs a qualitative approach with data analysis techniques including data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results indicate that intrinsic motivation is the strongest factor influencing participants' decisions.
