Abstract
This study aims to see whether there is a relationship between self-concept and work discipline in employees at PT. Sulindo. This study uses quantitative correlation, with the number of respondents being 125 respondents. Determination of sampling using non-probability sampling technique, namely saturated sample. The measuring instrument used is a Likert scale with a Self-Concept scale (α = 0.706) and a Work Discipline Scale (α = 0.847). The results of the analysis show a significance value of 0.004 <0.05, which means that there is a significant relationship between self-concept and work discipline in employees at PT. Sulindo. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the higher the self-concept in employees, the higher the work discipline possessed by employees, so that the management of PT. Sulindo can improve work discipline in employees through company strategies such as training and ongoing self-development programs.
