Abstract

This requires empathy to eliminate the tendency for cyberbullying behavior. This study aims to determine the relationship between empathy and the tendency of cyberbullying behavior in adolescents, with a sample of 100 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The data analysis used was the product moment person. The results showed that there was a negative relationship between empathy and the tendency of cyberbullying behavior, the significance result was p = 0.00 and the correlation value was -0.8663. This means that the higher the empathy in adolescents, the lower the level of cyberbullying behavior in adolescents, on the other hand, if adolescents have low empathy, the higher the tendency for cyberbullying behavior in adolescents.
