Abstract
This research aims to determine the existence of a relationship between self-efficacy and burnout among students working in the city of Malang. The researchmethod used is a quantitative method with a correlational approach. Thepopulation in this study is students from semester 1 to 8 who are employed inMalang. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The number ofparticipants taken is 100 using the theory proposed by Lemeshow. Data collectionmethods involve self-efficacy scales and burnout scales. The data analysistechnique used is the Pearson product-moment correlation. Based on the dataanalysis, a correlation coefficient of -0.931 and a significance value of 0.000 (p<0.05) were obtained. These results indicate a significant negative relationshipbetween self-efficacy and burnout, meaning that higher self-efficacy is associatedwith lower burnout among students who are employed
