Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and organizational commitment. This research method is a quantitative correlational design. The population of this study is the active management of UKM PSHT Merdeka University Malang in the 2022-2023 period, totaling 30 people. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling, so that all members of the population are determined as samples. Data collection uses a scale of selfefficacy and organizational commitment scale. The data analysis technique is product moment correlation analysis through the SPSS 22 program. The results of data analysis showed a correlation coefficient of 0.570 (the relationship between self-efficacy and organizational commitment is strong), and a significance value (0.001) <0.05. The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant relationship between self-efficacy and organizational commitment in PSHT UKM management at Merdeka University Malang. The direction of the relationship is that the higher the self-efficacy, the higher the organizational commitment.
