Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of a mother's time management on burnout in carrying out online learning in Darul Karomah Islamic Kindergarten. Respondents in this study amounted to 60 people with the criteria of working mothers. The results of this study were processed using SPSS 16 software. This study used a Simple Linear Regression Analysis with research results showing that there was a negative relationship between the independent variable (time management) and the dependent variable (burnout) with a significance level of 0.001 < 0.05. Based on the simple linear regression test table, the value of R Square shows 18.6%. From these results, it can be concluded that the magnitude of the influence of time management variables is 18.6% on burnout, while other factors influence 81.4%.
