Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is an influence of work motivation on the performance of Al Munawwariyyah Junior High School teachers. This research method is quantitative with a correlational design. The population of this study is Al Munawwariyyah Junior High School teachers. The determination of the sample was carried out with a total sampling approach involving 51 teachers. Data collection uses a work motivation scale and a teacher performance scale. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. The results of data analysis showed 0.515, and the significance value was 0.001 < 0.05. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that there is an influence of work motivation between the performance of Al Munawwariyyah Junior High School teachers with an effective contribution of 19.2% and the direction of positive relationship, meaning that the higher the work motivation of Al Munawwariyyah Junior High School teachers, the higher the teacher's performance
