Abstract

Psychological well-being is needed by adolescents to develop optimally. One way that is believed to improve adolescent psychological well-being is to actively involve themselves in an organization, including religious organizations. This study
aims to determine whether there are differences in psychological well-being in adolescents who follow religious organizations and those who do not follow religious organizations in Church X. The hypothesis proposed is that there is a difference in psychological well-being between adolescents who follow and do not follow religious organizations in Church X This study involved 118 adolescents who followed and did not follow religious organization in Church X, obtained from purposive sampling techniques. This research method uses quantitative methods that focus on number processing and questionnaires as the main instruments. The results of an independent analysis of the T-test showed a Sig/p value of 0.97 greater than < 0.05, meaning that the hypothesis that there is a difference in psychological well-being between adolescents who follow and do not follow religious organizations in Church X is not accepted.
