Abstract

An organization is a group of individuals who work together and have the same goals. In the organization will certainly form a teamwork. In teamwork, a conducive work atmosphere can affect team performance or vice versa. The phenomenon that occurs in the Luxone organization is that the work atmosphere is not conducive and it affects the team performance of the Luxone organization. The purpose of this research is to find out what factors influence the change of performance and teamwork atmosphere in Luxone organization, so that Luxone organization can run again. This research used a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The subjects in this study amounted to 3 people, of which the three were members of Luxone in the production team section. Data analysis techniques used include data collection, data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that individual factor was the dominant factor in influencing the change of performance and teamwork atmosphere in Luxone organization.
