Abstract

Essence resilience needs to be built and improved to minimize burnout at work, especially for the teaching profession. Because by increasing resilience, a person has a positive emotional state and will avoid stress. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an effect of resilience on the tendency of job burnout for teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Grogol. This research is quantitative. The sample in this study used a saturated sample technique so that all members of the population were sampled, totaling 60 teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Grogol. Using a measuring instrument adaptation resilience scale (22 valid) and burnout scale (40 valid) in the form of a Likert scale. The reliability coefficient is 0.950 for the resilience variable and 0.974 for the burnout variable
