Abstract
An employee who experiences turnover intention can result in the company experiencing turnover, and if the turnover rate cannot be controlled, the company will experience a high turnover rate. PPA IO-0717 experienced a high turnover rate in the last 3 years from 2018 to 2021 due to the large number of mentors who experienced turnover intention. Factors that cause turnover intention such as job satisfaction, job stress, age and education. And someone who experiences turnover intention will go through three stages of thinking before actually leaving his job, namely thinking about quitting work as an initial impetus, the intention to look for alternative jobs and the decision to stop working. And from the results of the study, that mentors experienced these stages of thinking and the factors that influenced them until they actually left their jobs as mentors at PPA IO-0717 Tulungagung.
