Abstract

The construction of the Seruni Point Terminal project in the Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park area has been delayed. This is due to technical and non-technical factors. The technical factors that cause delays are labour factors, material factors and equipment factors. Non-technical factors that support the delay are weather factors and policy makers. The delay that occurred in the analysis of the results of the project report and the S-Curve. The method used is to comparethe S-curve of planning and execution. From the results of the analysis carried out, delays are divided into two types, namely sequential delays and sequential delays themselves. The two types of delays result from the comparison of the area underthe implementation curve. A comparison that results in 1.x means that it is delayed, while 0.x means that it is accelerating, which is faster than planned. The S-curveabove the planning S-curve indicates a slowdown in project work, while the S-curve below the planning S-curve, indicates a slowdown in project work. In this study, it was found that there was a greater slowdown in project work compared to the acceleration of project work. With this study, the results of the comparison of the delay before the addendum are 1.041 and the comparison of the delay after the addendum is 1.171.
