Abstract

This thesis aims to examine the effect of leadership style, compensation, and work environment on employee performance. The background for this thesis is to study how much influence there is in the research area so that researchers find problems in the continuity of work of employees related to leadership style, themselves, and the work environment. This study uses a census sampling technique approach (saturation sampling) with all members of the population as samples. The population in this study amounted to 80 respondents. The method used in this study was a survey using a questionnaire distributed via the Google form. This study uses a quantitative method using SPSS software which produces numerical data and the tool uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that protection and work environment affect employee performance. While leadership style has no effect. However, simultaneously - the variables of leadership style, understanding, and work environment affect employee performance. From the results of the analysis, coercion has a greater influence than leadership style and work environment on employee performance. This concept provides information for companies to improve employee performance through improving leadership style, compensation, and a good work environment.
