Abstract

Community entrepreneurship development through Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in Pujon Kidul Village, Malang Regency is an effort to improve the skills and knowledge of villagers in entrepreneurship. BUMDes acts as an institution that manages various businesses and provides support to the community in developing local economic potential.
The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze the development of community entrepreneurship through BUMDesa in Pujon Kidul Village, Malang Regency and explain the supporting factors and inhibiting factors in the development of community entrepreneurship through BUMDes in Pujon Kidul Village, Malang Regency. The benefits of this research are to add insight and knowledge, especially in the development of community entrepreneurship through village-owned enterprises and provide advice or input for institutions related to the development of community entrepreneurship through BUMDes. This research uses descriptive-qualitative research approach research method Moleong The focus of this research is the type of business, management, participation of funds as well as supporting factors and inhibiting factors. There are three stages that are passed and occur continuously in describing the data consisting of data collection, data reduction, data categorization. Informants used to obtain information on community entrepreneurship development through BUMDes. The conclusion of this research is that Pujon Kidul Village in Malang Regency has developed community entrepreneurship through Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) with various programs, such as training. In addition, Pujon Kidul Village has also developed a tourism village by building Kafe Sawah coordinated by BUMDes as a liaison with local residents. Pukid Pujon Kidul, an agro-industry founded by villagers, has also inspired young people in Pujon Kidul to become entrepreneurs.
