Abstract

There are ±132 types of licensing services in Malang Regency DPMPTSP, including industrial business licenses, fishery business licenses, building construction permits, vocational training institution licenses, billboard licenses, and capital investment principle licenses. As reported by dpmptsp.kab.malang.go.id that several types of licenses. The first type of application is a license application in a fixed billboard license. One of the forms of licensing services organized is a billboard permit. Billboards are large advertising media, which are usually placed in areas that are often traveled, for example on the side of a busy highway intersection. The purpose of the presence of billboard permit services is to provide facilities in the form of optimal services in order to provide legal certainty, assurance and convenience for the community so that it will realize satisfaction in services that can be seen from an increase in the number of billboard permits issued. The form of maximization in the purpose of the next billboard permit service is the existence of revenue that benefits the community. A good service is a service that is in accordance with the SOP, as well as in the billboard permit service which must be in accordance with the predetermined SOP. The One-Stop Investment and Integrated Service Office has made it easy by providing services in accordance with the SOP.
