Abstract

Halal certificate registration services through the "SI HALAL" application provide technology-based public services to assist the public in applying for halal certificates for their products. The existence of halal certificate services through the "SI HALAL" application makes it easier for government services to serve people who apply for halal certificates in terms of time, administration and costs without any time limit on working hours. The problem found in this study is how to implement the "SI HALAL" online certificate registration service for business actors at the Ministry of Religion of Malang City and find out what factors are supporting and inhibiting the implementation of registration services through the "SI HALAL" application. The purpose of this study is to describe the halal certificate registration service through the "SI HALAL" application to business actors at the Ministry of Religion of Malang City, and to find out the factors that support and inhibit the implementation of halal certificate services through the "SI HALAL" application to business actors at the Ministry of Religion of Malang City. . Researchers use descriptive qualitative research methods, the results of this study are to show halal certificate registration services through the "SI HALAL" application for business actors at the Ministry of Religion of Malang City.
