Abstract
Development in Indonesia has been implemented and is relatively successful, but poverty still exists. In particular, the poverty that occurred in March 2021 in Malang Regency was caused by 2 factors, namely economic activity has not yet recovered as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic and in an effort to comply with government recommendations to prevent the spread of Covid-19, many people in Malang Regency are still staying at home. Various efforts have been made by the central government and regional governments to reduce the poverty rate. However, the poverty rate is still increasing, this is due to differences in data sources within the Central and Regional Governments from various government elements. Central and Regional Government policies are needed to be able to resolve this maladministration problem. Villages throughout Indonesia are given the task of verifying and validating data. The Ministry of Social Affairs launched the Next Generation Social Welfare Information System application. Sananrejo Village itself has started using the SIKS-NG application program since 2019 and it has had quite a good effect because assistance to underprivileged communities is more targeted. This research aims to describe and analyze the implementation of poverty data management through the SIKS-NG Application and to describe and analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing poverty data management through the SIKS-NG Application in Sananrejo Village, Turen District, Malang Regency. It is hoped that this research will provide theoretical benefits for expanding knowledge, especially in the field of administration, as well as contributing to literature in Public Administration courses, and it is hoped that the practical benefits can be used as a reference for further research for readers regarding poverty data management through the SIKS-NG Application in Sananrejo Village, Turen District, Malang Regency. This research uses qualitative research which produces descriptive data located in Sananrejo Village, Turen District, Malang Regency. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The research instruments are the researchers themselves and also supporting tools such as interview guides and other tools. The data analysis used is qualitative data analysis and interactive models according to Miles, Huberman and Saldana. ix The results of this research show that Poverty Data Management through the SIKS-NG Application has been running well but is still not optimal. There are several stages in using this application, including submitting proposal files through village meetings, importing new proposal data through the SIKS-NG application, determining integrated social welfare data, and using integrated social welfare data through the SIKS-NG application. The supporting factors in managing poverty data through the SIKS-NG application are the responsiveness and enthusiasm of the community, facilities and infrastructure, and competent operators. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are the lack of training for SIKS-NG operators while using the application, the social assistance quota status is full and anomalous data. The advice that researchers can give is to optimize the work and achievement of this activity, all equipment is prepared, including operator training, the results of which must be optimal, so that they are competent and proficient.
