Abstract
Health is an important aspect of a person's life. Every living creature certainly wants a body in good condition, both physically and mentally. Healthy people will be able to realize their human rights well and will fight back if their human rights are taken away, and vice versa. Apart from that, health is also part of everyone's well- being. No person is prosperous without health, so it can be said that a prosperous person will achieve the highest possible health. Health is also a top priority that everyone really wants to achieve, even in Indonesia. In Indonesia itself, every citizen has the right to receive health services. The health services that the Indonesian people have the right to receive can be facilitated at Community Health Centers and Clinics. Health services This Home Care service is one of the promotional activities also from the Clinic where this promotional activity can help health services to be improved and also reach a wider community. There are problems that can be conveyed regarding how to implement Home Care services as a means of promotion to improve health services. This research aims to analyze and provide input regarding Home Care services as a means of promotion to improve health services for the community. And as for the usefulness of this research, it is hoped that with the existence of Home Care services as a means of promotion, health services will improve and reach more of the surrounding communities, considering that the aim of the Home Care service itself is to provide a sense of security and comfort to patients. This research uses a qualitative type of research method where this type of method generally uses data analysis techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. This research was located at the Kendedes Clinic, Malang City, which is located at Jalan Ahmad Yani no. 14 Malang City. The total population in this study was four people consisting of one Head of Clinic, one General Practitioner, one Person in Charge of Administration (admin), and one Person in Charge of Clinic Finance. The results of this research have shown a good increase in people using Home Care services, this is confirmed because since the introduction of Home Care services at the Kendedes Clinic in 2020, many patients have used this service. In maintaining the existence of this Home Care service, the Kendedes Clinic uses social media to attract public interest, not only that, the Kendedes Clinic also often holds special ix promotions for the use of the Home Care service itself, and also many types of services such as injections and vitamin infusions at the Kendedes Clinic There are many variants of infusion that can be given. The Kendedes Clinic also has very adequate doctors, such as general practitioners, dentists and midwives. In its implementation, Home Care services also have complete medical equipment and just need to adjust it to the patient's needs and requests. And the Kendedes Clinic itself has an SOP for the flow of examinations in the clinic which makes it quite easy and helps patients to have an easier time carrying out examinations. However, the Kendedes Clinic also has shortcomings which can be an inhibiting factor in providing Home Care services, namely the lack of special medical personnel who provide Home Care services, so if the clinic is busy then if there is a patient request for Home Care services it will be difficult to handle.
