Abstract

This study aims to determine the Application of the Transparency Principles in Improving Employee Performance at the Malang Regency Social Service. Social Security, Head of the Social Empowerment Division, and three (3) community members receiving social assistance and the type of data used is primary data collected by the author from interviews and observations and secondary data collected by the author through regulations, documentation and other data. The data that the authors obtained were analyzed descriptively based on the results of the research on the Application of Transparency Principles in Improving Employee Performance at the Malang District Social Service in the Fairly Good category, this was reinforced from the results of observations that the authors conducted, it can be seen that from the target aspect, namely providing information to the community has been carried out quite well, Then from the aspect of employee quality not based on educational background in accordance with the specified employee field, Furthermore, the implementation of coaching activities has not been carried out according to the set time and from the principle of obedience aspect, employees have not obeyed the performance rules where they are still it can be seen that employees are not in place when the training activities take place and are less accountable in terms of performance so that training activities and skills just take place.
