Abstract

Wea, Hildegardis. 2023. Implementation of the Toddler Nutrition Improvement Program at the Dinoyo Health Center in Malang City (Study of Policy Implementation of the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia No 23 of 2014 concerning Efforts to Improve Nutrition). Thesis of Public Administration Study Program, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Merdeka Malang. Supervisor I: Drs. H. Titot Edy Suroso, M.Si; Supervisor II: Akbar Pandu Dwinugraha, S.AP., M.AP Health development is a Healthy Indonesia Program with the target of improving the health status and nutritional status of the community through health efforts and community empowerment through the formation of toddler nutrition. This study aims to know; Implementation of the Toddler Nutrition Improvement Program at the Dinoyo Health Center in Malang City. This type of research is quantitative using a qualitative descriptive approach. This research was conducted at Dinoyo Health Center located on Jalan Keramik No.2. Lowokwaru District, Malang City. The data collection techniques used in this research are; observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include, Data collection, Data condensation, Data presentation and Conclusion drawing Based on the results of the study, it is known that as follows; (1) The size and purpose of the policy; The toddler nutrition improvement program carried out by the Dinoyo Health Center is carried out routinely 3 times a month where every monitoring and counseling is always carried out weighing and measuring the toddlers examined; ; (2) Resources; Resources in the toddler nutrition improvement program carried out by the Dinoyo Health Center are posyandu cadres, village heads and community leaders; (3) Characteristics of executing agents; The characteristics of implementing agents in research are consistent and firm, this is known through diction in decision making and policies prioritizing the safety of mothers and babies and administrative issues; (4) The attitudes or tendencies of the implementers; The attitude or tendency of the executors is; strongly committed to providing a place of socialization to provide an understanding of improving toddler nutrition to the community; (5) Communication between the organization and the activities of the implementer; Communication between the organization and implementing activities are; conducted through mobile phones and cross-sectoral meetings, socialization meetings with village heads, this can be seen in coordination and consolidation with various parties; (6) Economic, social and political environment; The economic, social and political environment related to the program to improve toddler nutrition at Puskesmas Dinoyo is very supportive. This is because of the impact felt by parents and the community as well as the government on the importance of improving toddler nutrition and the desire of toddler mothers, to maintain and maintain the health or nutrition of toddlers.
