Abstract

Dinny Annissya Wardani with NIM (19031000057) a student of Public Administration Study Program, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Merdeka University of Malang, guided by Sri Hartini Jatmikowat as supervisor I and Chandra Dinata as supervisor II. This thesis is entitled "SEDUDO Website Implementation in the Process of Online-Based E-KTP Services at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Nganjuk Regency. The SEDUDO (Online Regional Integrated Electronic System) program is an online application for the people of Nganjuk district to carry out all forms of population administration services such as e-KTP services and other population document services. This online system is run by public service providers to provide services to the community so that public services continue to run amid the Covid-19 pandemic. This study aims to find out, describe, and analyze the implementation of the SEDUDO website in the process of online-based E-KTP services at the Nganjuk Regency Population and Civil Registration Service. This study used a qualitative descriptive research method, the location of this research was at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Nganjuk Regency. Data collection techniques by conducting interviews, observation, and documentation. Then data analysis techniques by means of data collection, data condensation, data presentation and data verification. The results of this study are that there are still some deficiencies in the communication indicators, there are several villages that have not carried out direct outreach to the community. On the resource utilization indicator, there are constraints on facilities, there are several computers that are no longer suitable for use, a limited number of printers and ID cards that are sometimes not available. Indicators of the attitude of policy implementers have been going well, implementers have understood their duties and obligations when serving the community in accordance with applicable regulations. The bureaucratic structure indicator is running well, the division of authority and tasks carried out is in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and applicable guidelines. The conclusion of the implementation of the SEDUDO website in the process of online-based E-KTP services at the Nganjuk Regency Population and Civil Registration Service has been going well but there are several obstacles in the facilities and transmission of information such as several computers that are no longer suitable for use and a limited number of printers. transmission of information there are several villages that have not carried out socialization directly to the community.
